I'm happy knowing that I came out on the "right" side of that discussion.

I put these together during the 2020 forum knife process. A bit pointless now that the real thing has been out for almost a year, but I thought they came out ok, so why not post ‘em here in this fitting thread.

I may be a bit biased, but I thought the blade etch turned out nice.

Of course, I more often apply my (amateur) efforts towards sillier sorts of things.

The real lamb foot gag I think is my all time favorite

It’s fun to revisit this thread. I went back through the whole thing again, and found this quote. It’s a few years old, but I thought it was worth bringing up…

I think 'Pizza' acrylic with oregano leaf shield needs a look in too... If done well it could look tasty But done badly and it's like dog-barf

…because the folks at Cooper Cutlery basically made the exact knife Will was asking for, no photoshop required! They went the more traditional route with “Pizza Sauce” jigged bone instead of acrylic, but I think it really works with the oregano leaf shield.
