TRADITIONAL MINI/MICRO KNIVES AND TOOLS (Let’s see them)

Well I wasn't happy with the length of the handle, on my drilling hammers the handle length is 2x the length of the head.
I also didn't like the hang, I hung it like a real hammer and had to keep the standards of a real hammer hang.

If I showed a close up of this thing without my hand you'd think it was a real drilling hammer.

I got the 1st knife knocked out.
I decided to go with a French chef knife, hidden tang, forged bolster, and a full distal taper because I am anal about those kinds of details.

I really like that chef knife. I’m an executive chef by trade turned food services director…..but I’ll always feel like a glorified cook. I’ve been fortunate to live my professional dreams. I’ve returned to a position to lead a division I got my start in as an executive chef almost 30 years ago. Full circle cool. I digress. Very cool little knife!
