You know...sheephead are sometimes called the poor mans lobster. You can chunk them up into bite sized pieces and steam them and then serve with butter like you would lobster pieces. Not bad eatin' if you miss out on the Walleye, Perch or Smallies.
Okay, what are you guys calling Sheephead/ Sheepshead?
The only Sheephead/Sheepshead fish I know of is a salt water fish that we would occasionally catch in Florida. IIRC they had a mouth full of very sharp teeth and you had to use a wire leader in order to catch them without them biting your line in two.
