Sweet Imperial thawk! Santa knows what you like.
The Cattaraugus from my brand new son in law, the Primble from my wife.

Asked for this GEC #82 Dixie Stockman in African Blackwood, and my boys got it for me (when my wife asked "What do you want to get Dad for Christmas?" they both answered "A knife!"). It's beautiful all around. It's going to bump the Beloved Case Sowbelly from the pocket for a while!

No pics yet. #54 harness Jack in watersnakes acrylic.

My wife came through this year!

I was my own knife Santa this year. A 50 60s Schrade red bone peanut in mint condition.

Merry Christmas Y'all.

Best regards

Robin

The wife hit a home run with my first GEC, a beautiful 78 in ebony. Love it!

My thumb nail is skeptical though. But I'm sure that will smooth out with a little TLC.

A Christmas Present from my Daughter. I think she has excellent taste in knives :)

Merry Christmas ~ Ron

Merry Christmas everyone,
My wife surprised me and got this for me from her and my girls, she gave it to me a week early, it's been riding in the pocket for a week now

Merry Christmas everyone! My wife got me what I started out collecting a Camillius made Remington stag Canoe. I've had more Camillius made Remington slip joints and fixed blades then any thing else. This is the first and only Remington slip joint I've had with natural handles. My crappy images come no where close to capturing the beauty of the stag(well matched too)! I hit the jackpot with this one.

I've known about it for a while, but I finally got to open the tube shaped gift this morning. It then got put to use on this kids packages at various stops through the day.

Merry Christmas everyone! There are some beautiful knives in this thread. We must have made the nice list this year! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1419544779.755046.jpg

Well after using my late father in law's old cub scout knife for a few weeks, I decided to ask my wife to get me an entry level Case pattern of her choice. I only asked that it be in bone and have CV steel.

She came through with a gorgeous medium stockman in chestnut:D

As always, it was the first thing I opened. Also true to form, it was christened be cutting away the 976 plastic fasteners that held down each of my daughter's Barbies. The spay blade was certainly handy for that.

Next on the list is a GEC of some flavor for my birthday in February:D

Some very nice knives here Gentlemen. We must have been good boys....

Merry Christmas to me. A vintage Puma 972 (2 blade) Game Warden. Control number 41272 = made in the second quarter of 1972.

This is a nice addition to my vintage Puma lockback folder collection.

It is a user grade, but that's fine with me. It should clean up nicely. Should be here this Saturday.

Awesome, Jake!

Merry Christmas Everyone!!! Hope all your days were filled with joy and happiness.

Pete, that is one sweet Soddie!!! Your wife has excellent taste in cutlery as she proves it time and time again :)

As for my selection on the day, the 55 wins again. The pointy, thin, wharncliffe is perfect for reaching in behind little dolls and clipping those pesky plastic retainers ;)

I got a gift certificate to buy a new one from my girls. My patience is high and I am after a few that are hard to come by. Love the chase almost as much as getting to know a new one with use.

I used the buck 303 that was my dads to open presents today. He is no longer with us but in memory. I used a blue bone peanut over the weekend for the family gathering out of state. I was called the "knife guy" by my wife's little cousins. I liked that Uncle Dave the knife guy.

For Christmas I received a Case tiny toothpick in blue bone to replace the one I lost years ago that was a gift from my wife and 1 yo. Son.

You aren't kidding about that - I opened two Barbie and her horse packages - good grief - getting the flat plastic sewn into the horses mane, tail and Barbie's hair was a chore! My little Case Mini-Copperhead got a real workout yesterday. OH

I've often thought that some of the foreign toy makers packaging departments should be hired for national security.
