This knife was new 10/10. I have carried it and there are some pocket swirls. There is a very small nick right on the blade edge at about mid-length. See picture. Original edge and has cut very little, sharp. Light to medium pull, 1/2 stop, flush in all three positions.

This knife has not seen much use. It has the original edge and is sharp! There are obvious signs of carry, bolsters, back spring etc. 1/2 stops, blades flush in open and closed positions, just a tad proud at 1/2 stop. Blades are centered in the trough. Now for the bad. There is a check coming off of the rear most pin on each side out to the end of the scale. Unless you look very hard you cannot see them from the side, only from the end. I have had this knife awhile and carried it. I believe these checks to be stable. There really is no place for them to go unless they work their way around to the other side of the pin.
An excellent example from the master of slipjoints in early years.
