Well, if we’re bending the rules, this has only one blade, but has been USED as (among other things) a can opener, screwdriver, and hammer. Don’t shame me - sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, with what you have.

I carry that little tape every day, before that I wore out an old white one that had a different company on it.
I don't know which American company manufactured these little 24" tapes, but they are very reliable well and done for a promotional freebie. ( I suspect Lufkin but can't confirm)
I've never found a smaller tape measure than these either, great for daily carry.
The same exact internals are even found on the Marx toy company pocketools tape measure.
I bought one of Ebay hoping it would have a metal case, but sadly it's just vacuum metalized plastic and less durable than these.
