Trail Hawk. Need help.

Good morning
I just got the CS Trail Hawk in the mail. I wanted to remove the hawk head from the handle, so I removed the screw. However, whatever I try, the head doesn't come loose.
Any advice for me?:confused:

They seem to be really tight nowadays. I had to sand the sides of the handle on mine to simply remove the head. Wasn't a big deal since I was going to anyway along with properly fitting the head so I don't have to use the set screw.
