Welcome to the forums.. Are you saying customer service refused to assit you in a replacement sheath??. Wow, that is a new one on me. They have always beeen stellar when I needed help,IMO..
You may take a stab at the Buck forum first with a similar thread to obtain a replacement sheath for your knife. However, if you a looking for an up-graded sheath for your Buck blade may I suggest Paul Long who I believe goes by the forum name of sheathmaker, but I am not sure. If that information does not help do a search for Paul Long here in this forum.
