Steel: CPM 154 heat treated by Paul Bos for 61 RC
Blade: 3 3/8"
OAL : 7 1/2"

My process is 100% hand controlled - no robotics.

Handle is cocobolo and toxic green g10 liners. Glued with G-Flex epoxy.

Sheath is kinda persnickety so you have to visually guide the knife in. Retains the knife very tightly. It takes two hands to remove it: hold the sheath with one hand, pull on the knife with the other.

There are a few minor sanding scratches around the plunge lines and on the pins.
