I've had this one laying on my bench while I worked on orders. Decided it was time to get it finished up. Lots of curves on this model with a slightly recurved blade, and contoured handle. It fits the hand like grew there balance is right on the fore finger. The custom handmade sheath holds the blade securely for a worry free carry. The blade was differentially quenched and has a temper line. I didn't etch the blade but it can still be seen in the right light. Here are the specs:
Steel- 1095fg X 3/16
AOL- 11 inches
HT- in house with differential quench
Blade- just under 6 inches to front of scales
Grind- Flat ground with drawn clip
Finish- hand sanded to 2000 grit
Handle- just over 5 inches
Scales- Rosewood Cocobolo, contoured with double palm swells
Hardware- six 1/8 brass pins and 3/8 stainless lanyard tube
Sheath- RH custom handsewn pouch style sheath.
