This is an updated version of my Trailside model that was featured in Tactical Knives. The blade is 4 3/4", O1 steel, micarta. I made a kydex sheath for it that holds a Light My Fire firesteel. It's the first sheath like this I've ever done. All comments welcome and appreciated. Thanks for looking!

Nicely done! Any chance of a picture of the back of the sheath? The knife looks great too of course!

Ray, I really like the new blade profile! It looks a bit shorter from edge to spine. Also your handles are just getting better and better.

I hope you won't stop making the really tall ones too!

Yes Matt, the blade on this one is a little narrower from edge to spine. The handle scales are better too.. Always trying to improve!:D

Gadz, Ray, that knife is gorgeous. I like everything about it.
That's a very nice looking sheath as well - VERY nice work.:thumbup:

Guys, my wait is not two years! Maybe 2 months. I won't take anymore orders if I think the wait will be more than a couple of months. Right now I'm not taking any more orders. This one might go up for sale. I have a buyer but he hasn't gotten back to me about this knife. Maybe he changed his mind.

Looks great! I might suggest custom firesteels though. Your blade looks amazing, and you should have some amazing firesteels to go with it!
