Master Jimmy Tacosa has just finished volume one and two on Serrada Eskrima Basic Concepts. A very good set of DVDs with a vast array of techniques that under personal instruction would mostly complete the basic training in Serrada. Are these the same tapes he did for Free Flow back in Alton. IL some years ago?

The Dog Brothers tapes are quite good as are the Inayan Eskrima series, both offer very detailed basic concepts that one can learn from and add on to regardless of ones skill level be it basic to advanced. I like Kelly Wordens work, his vocal commentary is quite entertaining and just as informatve as the content itself. For a look into the Masters of the Philippines, Lion Heart did a series of videos "Warriors of Negros" that are now out of print but are worth searching for if only to hear and see these great Masters at work.
