Ref: Series I - S30V blade steel, ground to .015" @ edge. Full spine jimping. Machined thumb bob. Fluted, tex G10 scale.

How do you do the jimping? I am about to post my trance mod...

1. I did this jimping with a checkering file. While steel was not hardened.
2. For hardened steel, I use a Dremel abrasive wheel (there are 3 kinds) installed on my Micro Mill to get precise cuts. (hand held is hard, but not impossible to do)
