Trance!

ditto, all the above

this is a wonderful knife for the price. i had initially gotten it as a beater for $25 at knifeworks, but i was really surprised with the great quality and slimness of this knife, not to mention its attractive design.

i think i have found the perfect accompanyment for that new suit i bought. :)

Aloha HamAve,

Nice to meet you, and I am glad that you are enjoying your Trance. The "slimness" has been an attraction to a lot of folks as well. Be it suit, blue jeans, PJ's...enjoy it, and thanks!

God bless, and keep us posted:cool:

Chad/Boker really nailed it with the Trance. Slim, strong and pops open and locks like a bank vault using the either the flipper or thumb stud. The AUS8 steel is of very high quality. I love the blade shape - not a Tanto but more like a Shark from down under. At $25.00 it is a real steal.

Sweet looking folder. After reading reviews on this little folder I decided to order one. Does anyone have a size comparison pic of the Trance with any other folders?

Woohoo! My Böker Trance arrived today! Fantastic little knife for the money. It feels great in the hand and although lightweight, it's a solid little folder. Extremely sharp too. I didn't realize it had a nested steel liner under the FRN side. This particular knife feels so good in the hand, it just may replace my Benchmade Mini-Grip as my primary EDC! Thank you Böker and thank you Chad for a superb knife design!

congrats on the Trance... Cosmic Superchunk!
a great knife that's actually lefty friendly too....

I have been carrying my Trance at work for a while now, and I doubt if I'll be going back to previous 'work edc's' anytime soon. It is light enough that you never feel it, it has held a great edge, and the clip is well designed (no fears of losing it while wrestling around or running). The ergos are great, and it is easy to control with a wet/sweaty hand. I have found the perfect work knife. The guys on my shift are all wanting one now as well... they have seen the light. I also carry the Wharcom in the traumaplate pocket of my vest... the two knives compliment each other very well.

DW... I know you've heard it before, but you've created some awesome knives.... Thanks!!

I heard they make one in full flat grind... I guess I'll simply have to have that one... ;)
Congrats Chad for another amazing design. Great work bro.

This knife can't be beat for $50 and I only paid $30 including shipping.
It was easy to use out of the box and now after a little Tuf-Glide and BP2000 it is butter smooth. What a great EDC!

The only thing that might make the Trance a better deal, was if there was a Wharcom variant of it. I have been EDCing my Trance since I got it and think that it offers one of the very best values for the money out there. Solid, flat but deep enough to be very gripable, great lockup and good blade geometry.

Just got my trance a few days ago. The trance rocks!
The flat thin blade cuts really well... a thin slicer is what I want
in a small blade. The quality and ergos are excellent....
very impressive overall. I hope Chad designs more knives for boker.
Something like the trance in a larger knife with G-10 and ATS-34
would be exceptional.
