Yes you can. After it cooled, when the test was done, I put the cap back on, and no leaks at all. :thumbup:And, second question, can you really cap the fuel reservoir (once it cools) so there no leak? At all?
I have a few SVEA stoves from Swedish mess kits. Here's a size comparison to the Trangia mini:
I haven't used the SVEA for months, and it still has some fuel left over in it. When I opened the mini kit, I could smell alcohol, but it doesn't appear to be leaking. I shook the crap out of it, and it didn't leak.
