I use the Model 28 (Mini Trangia) for backpacking. I like the balance of ruggedness, simplicity, volume, and weight. Supplemented with a mug that also holds my alcohol bottle (a "chubby" bottle or equivalent) it's a complete cooking system.
The surplus Swedish mess kits ARE a great value, but the burner is slightly different from the other Trangia models. Then main thing is that it's bigger.
I use the mess kit model for the trunk of may cars, but it seems too bulky and heavy for solo backpacking. But lots of the UK Bushcrafters disagree with this opinion.
Evidently, both types of burner will fit in the Clickstand rig, but the large burner has to sit under the Clickstand base. No reports of adverse operation. The Clickstand plus windscreen can't be beat for a balance of weight, volume, ruggedness, and effective operation of your Trangia burner. Put it inside an Evernew 0.9 L pot as they suggest and you're good to go.

The Westwind model is also a good value, but lacks adequate windscreen capabilities. I think the Clickstand is a better deal.
You can come up with a similar system by combining your own pot with AntiGravity Gear products -- a pop-can burner and a windscreen.

But do start with one of the Trangias, Westwind, Model 28, Swedish mess kit, or Clickstand. You won't be disappointed.
