Trapper Talk

As much as I shoot off my big mouth (er, keyboard) about not having many safe-queens, this one sort of is. What do you think should I finally break it in?

If that is the same knife that I traded to you several years ago, then I am shocked that it hasn't been used. I could always take it back off your hands:D.

I do believe it is sir! It's just so darned pretty....

My issue is that the blades are too similar in most. Long straight edges with a slight change at the tip, while I prefer to carry a more diverse selection of blades on me.

It's funny that the very reason you don't carry a trapper often, is the exact reason I do like to carry a trapper. But, I also carry a peanut everywhere, regardless of what else is in my pocket so I have a variety of blades. I bought a trapper because it had two full length blades.
A forum like this is great because you see how different people can have different perspectives on the same thing.

My EDC is a Yellow Case Trapper. I use the spay blade mostly as my working blade, cutting rope, string or skinning wires. The clip point is my hunting blade, skinning and gutting small game. The trapper can also be used on larger game if needed. If I could only own one folder, it would be the full size trapper.
