2 inches for David, and 4 7/16ths for Goliath. The little Rough Rider open is actually shorter than either blade on the Remington, But the RR is exceptional fit and finish, quite snappy to, zero gaps,centered blades. Scalpel sharp, MOP covers. Its amazing how well made it is to be so small.
