I haven't hauled this one out for a while. Ceremonial carry only.

They do this on purpose:

When I'm Governor of Michigan, I'll have myself carried in a sedan chair by a super-elite team of cheerleaders drawn from all our state universities for the walk across the Mackinac Bridge.
