I know it’s not Tuesday but I ve been working my way backwards through this thread the past couple of days. Some really nice ones in here.

While I’ve always liked trappers I’ve only carried the mini size. I often have as tempted to slip one in my pocket but in my mind they were just to big.

Well today I was looking at the only two I have snd realize while they are not as small as a mini they aren’t really as big as I was thinking. They actually are close in size to some other knives I frequently carry. So I just might have to reevaluate my thinking and slip one in my pocket.

Along side a Buck 307 and a Case 92.

That’s a great idea… a little dab of mineral oil should do it.

Ya know id like to give a full sized trapper another chance (bought one, ended up giving to someone on these forums as a giveaway)
But I'd go with a pocket sheath this time around instead of trying to pocket carry.

But I don't see many options for carbon steel and non yellow delrin scales these days
