Travel/Picnic knife or travel set?

I have been enjoying the knife videos from Stefan Schmalhaus, mostly French knives, but that is what I call picnic use, he cuts bread and spreads cheese paired with meats and fruits and usually has a bottle of wine.
This is the way to do it up right! Euro style picnics! :)

Go big or go home, pack a Cold Steel Laredo Bowie Knife. Between cutting cheese and watermelon you can stab it into the picnic table.

I use an Opinel No10 stainless as my camp food knife, and sometimes in the kitchen. Small enough to carry, large enough as a camp slicer. You could go No11 or 12 if you desired larger but the No10 for me is a great paring size knife. Cheap, very slicey and extremely easy to get sharp with a simple stone (I use DMT folders and a Fallkniven DC4).
