"TRex, after 6 years of Extreme Hard Use

Dang! I need more coffee I just noticed your design and I'm a big clip point blade lover myself also. How long is the blade going to be 6" or 7"?

Sorry I missed your post my friend...
I will get you the Info on the "CARNEYEDGE" tomorrow, but the blade (I think) 5 3/4", cutting area longer. The Height of the blade and & handle length are the factors that are going to make this Medium size "Hard Use" knife, hang with the Longer blades on chopping, plus you still have the ability to function as a Medium knife. That's kinda what I'm going for

Very nice to see a long term test of obviously a very good not so famous maker. I commend mr pmoore!! Love it

Where is the Carn-Edge?... ;):D:thumbup:

Seriously though; what is the ETA on that knife; I'm curious to see that design come to life.

I'll be posting the diagrams and specs on it this evening. Its in the process as we speak ;-)

I will talk to PMoore on ETA tonight...probably 3 months, he just got the metal in last week. It excites me to see my friends here as excited about it's start, finish, & my Hard Use. Thanks for yall's inspiration. I believe the CARNEYEDGE is going to fill a niche for a Medium Hard Use, WSK, Utility, & even Combat knife. I feel like it will be one of my best designs. I know Paul already has 5 or 6 to be make, just based on my design. I am glad he & his customers have that faith in my designs. It's birthed from years of Knife Use, not collecting them. I know what I want,& what works,& I demand a knife that performs as a knife but can handle Hard Use...I live hard, so I want my equipment to be able to hang with me;). Plus I have two other Very cool designs that are smaller, & different for me I'm very excited about. The K.A.K. & Copperhead. Be posting pics soon.
GOD Bless

Awesome review man. I love the design of the knife. O-1 with the right heat treat is a lot tougher than some people give it credit for That tip would be driving me insane at this point though. I'd have to pointy that thing back up if I had to grind it on a concrete wall lol.
Sorry, I put a little more tip back in her

That's more like it! ;)

Three months sounds like a while but it'll go by so fast. Looking forward to the update when it arrives.:cool: Medium sized blades are so useful IMHO; great overall size for portability and a variety of uses.

. This is Erika, Carneys wife. I hacked into his page to post this picture of a spoon he just carved me for our anniversary. ( He does have a softer side). I cherish the things he makes for me with all of his P Moore's.... They're literally like an extension of his hand. Between carving things for me, chopping wood for a fire, or just having it on him, I have NO doubt I'm protected by my man and his blade. I pray he's not too mad when he sees I hacked his page [emoji6]

. Its Erika one last time with a couple more pics of my Carney and his PMoore trex. He even drives with it lol the second pic is of my spoon the TRex and an awesome fizzy stick!!!. He's tested SO many knives and given so many away. He's generous on top of everything else that he is. First and foremost though he is my protector and the #1 reason I've fallen in love with knives myself. We've designed several new knives together and I'm beyond excited to get my very first PMoore designed by my husband very soon!!!!

I am not angry Erika, your the love of this old Outlaw's life...and you will have a PMoore, the Copperhead is the sexy defense knife for my girl
