Hey folks,
Here is the "Tribal" blade I posted a few months ago in the gallery complete with sheath. This was a side project for me, hence the dragged out completion date. I really dig this "as forged" finish. The final edge was the only grinding I did on this one. Thanks for looking.

4 1/2" cutting edge
4 3/4" handle
9 1/4" OA length
3/4 hidden tang
Handle is distressed oak, hemp wrapped (epoxy soaked) with two copper rivets (one exposed).
Sheath is 10oz veg tan, hand stitched, tooled, riveted and hot-dipped in a beeswax mixture. The neck lanyard is leather, as well.

That is one fantastic knife. I always wanted to do an Aztec sacrificial knife in this way. Very nice. I absolutely love it.

Rick this is one fine and unique knife. look how many people are excited by it.
it's got a universal appeal. we all would love to own it.
