Up for sale is my longest blade to date, I call it a short sword but you may think it is just a big knife. Either way it is long and SHARP!
The blade is antiqued for character and rust protection. The handle is Wenge that I distressed for a weathered look, and also has an epoxy soaked hemp wrap for extra grip. I am selling this one minus a sheath to try and keep the price down, but can make a leather or Kydex sheath upon request.
This one is flat ground with a full length swedge, and is very fast in hand.
Here are the specs.

OAL - 20"
Blade - 14.250"
Steel - .214" 5160 (Heat treat done by me in a Digitally controlled Evenheat kiln)
Handle - Wenge and Hemp wrap
Features - Mosaic pins and Spanish notch

Oh man glad that didn't have micarta handles I woulda been going to the pawn shop to get some cash!

That is a great looking blade! Although that Spanish notch is a small feature, it really gives the knife-sword a lot of character. I hope to see more long blades from you.

Ben, That thing is awesome. I really like these bush blades that a few makers have been putting out. I might have to do one. You have come a long way in a short time.
