My tricked out full Ti Hinderer XM-18 3.5". You don't see many XM-18s like this one. I have replaced the black/blue G10 presentation-side scale with a stonewashed titanium scale (a $200 upgrade) to match the lock side. I've also replaced the standard steel screws, standoffs, and lock bar stabilizer with their anodized titanium counterparts. Right now it's rocking blue screws, bronze standoffs, and a bronze LBS but you're also getting a set of blue standoffs if you want to change things up (and of course all the original components as well). If you've ever tried to get ahold of titanium hardware for the XM-18 you know how hard it is – these pieces sell out immediately.

The blade is done in Rick's scary sharp spanto grind with the best laser etching I've ever seen on a Hinderer. The Hinderer logo and S35VN markings on the other side are bright and sharp. I've carried it a few times and done some light cutting. It is flawless. The lockup is early and rock solid.
Just got this back from a spa treatment with Rick. He tuned up the action and re-centered the blade and I haven't adjusted it since. Comes in its box with all the original parts that I've replaced with upgrades.
