And I think the reference is not to Volvo's... MOre like a Hummer if you ask me !

I really like that super-simplified single thumb traction groove. I've been doing them on some of my recent knives. GIves the piece a really simple, clean, utilitarian look.

Can I ask - what are the materials used here in these blades ? Thanks. Jason.

Blades are S30V and handles are G-10. Bigger has TiAlN coating and smaller coating called Phantom Finish. Phatnom finish looks great, like rusty or overheated piece of metal. Such a "post nuclear" simple look.
