Tried to renew my gold membership...

About a week ago I tried to renew (re-purchase) my gold membership but it didn't seem to work (i.e. - I'm still showing as a "basic" member).

Could you let me know what I should do next?

We haven't activated any gold memberships this week because of 2 sick employees & a bunch of military orders that had to go out. I plan on getting caught up this weekend. Sorry about the delay.
