Triple action legal??

Anyone out there have information about the legality of triple action folders? I was specifically looking for the restrictions on carrying then in Washington and Alabama. If you have info, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for bumping an old thread but i was looking for some info on the legality of a triple action in Washington and found this thread but there were no replies. Just wondering if they are considered gravity knives like balisongs are and if they would fall under the part of the law that says "ejected into position by the force of gravity". Seems like they would be but was looking for some other opinions.

I believe carry of triple action folders in Washington (State) and Alabama are punishable by death which is to be carried out immediately by any and all Law Enforcement Operatives that encounter any said person in posession of such weapons. It's true because someone I know heard it from this guy. That's almost as specific as any state legislation detailing lawful carry of a folding knife as you're going to find.

I was afraid that might be true.
