Since wishing is free, it'll also be a food trip. The local cuisine is another gateway to a culture -

North America: US (Oregon, New Orleans, Sedona) and Canada for canoe trips
South America: Peru (jungle trek and Macchu Picchu)
Bhutan
Japan
Ireland
Mediterranean trip to see North Africa (Morocco, Tunisia), Southern bits of Europe and Turkey

I've always wanted to see Alaska & do some fishing & hunting.The cold doesn't bother me.I actually prefer it to the heat.
 
I want to hike the Scottish Highlands with my boys.
Hike the AT.
Go back to Switzerland.
Visit the Left Coast.
Hell, I would like to go anywhere except Las Vegas.
Sit outside a Bistro in Provence and watch the wimmens go by.(with out my wife catching me):p
