Tritium / Fiber Optic iron sights for M&P 40

You should check out XS sights before making a decision. I have them on all my M&Ps. Admitingly, they are not a sight designed for shooting targets off the bench, but they are best damned gunfighting sight I've seen. And I love the tritium only in the front...no confusion in the dark.

And both the front and rear sight on the M&P has to be pushed out. Only comes out one way too and can't remember which right now. Check on M&P forum. Lots of info there.
Watch out when removing the rear sight. There is a spring under there that will jump out. If you got the rear sight out, might as well do a trigger job too. It's easy and all the info can be found at m&p forum.
 
What does the removal of the rear sight have to do with a trigger job? And which m&p forum are you talking about?
