" Troll deleted "

------------------------------

I have now erased all but the most shameful posts of the JCade troll - if you find one of his posts you'll see the message:

troll deleted

and know that I've been there and done my thing.

Why? Simple answer. A troll has to get some jollies from stirring the pot. If so, then going back and seeing all their hard work at creating disunity deleted must be hell.

BuraFan
Cherokeeson2001
KhukuriNut
UncleCracker
00-BuckShot
Yerik

Are now an unpleasant memory.

ERASED!!!!!

And any new iterations of this troll will be deleted likewise. As will any of this troll's other personna I've forgotten if someone will bring them to my attention.

Oh, by the way - I did leave his home address on one post ( won't say which ) but he put it there. Don't bother tracking it down. He ain't worth it.

But it is there in case I change my mind. As are each and every IP/Host he has used. ( I didn't look, but wouldn't it be interesting if one or more of his posts were made on weekdays during working hours? ) Just a friendly warning.

And I got more erasers handy just in case.

Keep up the good work Rusty!:) Your efforts are appreciated. I usually do not post all that much, since I do not have all that much to say, but this is my favorite internet home and you all are,at least my internet khukuri loving relatives and it is good to have a family guardian to keep out the trouble makers.:D Thanks again!!

So Rusty, what's the computer/internet equivalent of notching your ammo belt...?

Yep!!!! He has five kills and plus.:D

OT but OnT question:

Does shooting at the range satisfy aggravation pain?

And is that a good thing or a bad thing?

(just curious...I may have to make an appointment sometime soon... )

I don't know about the range, but when I lived in SoCal @ Banning the old Banning dump was an excellent place to unload aggravation. Ground Squirrels run for cover!!!!
I usually don't shoot anything I can't eat but in the case of these little varmints, well they carry fleas that carry Bubonic Plague!!!! 'Nuff said.;)

Locally there's a place close by up on Bird Creek that also works well but I haven't needed it for about 20 years now. My Barbie caused great changes, all good ones.:D
It's still fun to go shooting though.;)

Friend of mine and I painted a rubber rat to look like a chipmunk, then went out to a closed park on Tahoe's south shore near Camp Richardson and took turns taking pictures of each other standing under the plague notice holding up the dead "chipmunk". We were driving, so it had to be somewhere around 1970 +/-.

Hey Dan...

I know your inquiry was in jest, but emotion and armnament don't mix well.

For aggravation, I'd suggest something physical to exhaust the body tension that you carry, and if necessary, the psychological elements can be focused into the activity. Cutting wood, blazing trail, shoveling snow--all have benefits beyond firewood, a clear path, or clean sidewalk.

Running (when I could) was a dual-purpose activity for me. I got the exercise, the muscle tone, and after a bit, a mental "zone," if you will. The rhythmic beating of the pace seemed to become an Alpha zone of privacy and quiet.

Google "Alpha Wave Training" if you'd like...there is some validity to it. It is much like focused meditation.

Hang in.

For aggravation, nothing beats the Heavy Bag. Used to spend hours on it when I was younger. Now only occasionally when needed.

I used to go shooting to relieve frustration(generally with myself). Might do it agian if things continue way they are in my life and it doesn't warm up soon.

Need to pick up some magnum shells for 12ga though. I like to beat shoulder up with a good stiff recoil to help deal with the frustration. Used to do it with the 16ga autoloader(second recoil of barrel slamming to back helped), but now just have the pump shotty.

Always crupulously follow safety rules, jsut that shooting lets me not think about my problems for a while. When it's warm out, I tend to ride my bike now to deal with frustartion. THat's different though, as riding bike gives me time and solitude to think, shooting lets me not think about the problems for a while. Two different forms of escape. Either one is better than hitting things, like I used to do(don't have a good place for a bag in my apt). Have ent in headliner of truck where you can see that I've broken the cardboard layer of headliner.

Long ago, when I still lived with my parents, used to take aluminum baseball bat out to big 70-80 yeard old chinese elm. Big thick bark on taht stuff kept me from hurting the tree, but sure sapped energy fast. Axe or hatchet and the three foot stump left from old cherry tree(which was now just well seasonsed, HARD hardwood) dealt with lots of frsutration over the years too.

There are other things on my list, but yeah, something good and physical tends to be the way for me, choosing the exact one ofr that time depends on whether I want time tothink about what's frustrating me, or some time away from the frustration.
