I purchased a Para2 M4 Carbon Fiber in light used condition from Tron2119 known as Anthony Gossett on 5/28/18. The knife was selling for $165 or reasonable offer:

it was described as "Light USER PM2 in M4 with carbon fiber scales. Perfectly centered, free dropper. Some light scratches/ spotting on the blade and a super light patina on part of the blade from getting some guacamole on it lol slight spot on the cf by the lanyard hole from a drop I guess. beautiful and fully functional knife."
I sent an offer to him and he said the best he could do was $160 G&S, but I mistakenly sent the money using Paypal F&F.
Upon receiving the knife, the blade showed heavily sharpened by looking at the blade's profile but I had no complaints because of buying an used knife. However, the carbon fiber handle near the landyard tube was cracked and split open (Can't see from his pictures). I told him that the crack on the handle was not a slight spot and not acceptable to me, so I asked him for return and offered to pay for his shipping to me as a curtesy. I sent the knife back, and he sent me $150 by Paypal G&S. (I believed he paid $7 for shipping)
I returned the payment and asked him to just send me a refund because I didn’t sell him anything, and I didn't want to pay for Paypal fee for no reason. He refused to refund because he said: "Well since you refunded the refund I sent you, it can take up to 30 days to show up on my card that I used to find the refund. Unfortunately, I’ll have to wait until it shows back up on my credit card I used to send it again." I don't understand what he was worried about. I returned his refund, was there a way that i could reverse the action? Why couldn't he resend me the fund again not using G&S? I think he retaliated me.
He kept blaming me that: "He didn’t read the description of the knife he was buying. Only focused on talking me down on price. If he’s so picky on what the term “light user” means, he should have asked for clarification and some extra pictures. As the term “light user” is subjective, I accurately and to the best of my ability described the knife. Awful to deal with." >>> I only complained about the crack which was described as a slight spot
. Would anyone of you pay this price for a cracked handle knife?
There wouldn't be a problem if he was behave like a normal person especially in the knife community and just gave me the refund. I wasn’t going to leave negative feedback until this point and he deserved it. He left me a negative feedback too, so I ask bladeforums to review and he suggested me to create a post here to share. Thank you for reading. Let me know what you think.
By the way, as of 6/12/18, I still have not received my refund. Paypal didn't interfere so I'm going to talk to my bank tomorrow to see what they can do. A lesson for me I guess for sending fund using Paypal F&F.
