Trouble leaving feedback

I am having problems leaving positive feedback for a trade. When I try to submit the feedback I get this error that says "Invalid thread specified. You can leave feedback only for the starter of the thread or if you have started the thread."

Well I started the thread in question so I'm not sure why I can't leave feedback. Never had this problem before.
 
At the top of the thread, put your cursor on the blue bar on #1, left click. That brings up a window titled "permalink for post #1. Highlight the first/top box. The whole thing, after it's highlighted, right click and choose copy. Then go to the feedback page and copy in the URL box. The bottom box will not work. Btw, control V
on a desk top will paste the copied link.

If the person that you’re trying to leave feedback for did not post in your thread you will not be able to leave feedback for them until they do
