Trouble with Editing Buttons

I'm trying to post a Message in which I need the Editing buttons (BOLD, etc) but it seems none are working. Has something happened or could I have inadvertantly done something while logging in to disable these buttons?

I don't know why the buttons wouldn't be working, but, until that gets cleared up you can simply type in the code for the effect you desire.

You also might try clearing your cookies as this will probably fix the button problem.
