Trouble with ordering from Pete's....

For the past 2 nights, I've gone to PCKS, made up a knife to order, filled all the blank spaces requested (name, address, etc., etc.), & thought I was all done verifying my order & info. Hit the final button and it won't accept my order! I figured maybe something was wrong with my credit card so I used another card # & still the order couldn't be placed. I know my cards are good - just paid for over $100 in groceries the other afternoon. I've ordered from PCKS before & never had a problem! If need be, can I make up my custom order & mail it in? Is there a special address to mail it to? Thanks for any info.
 
I had talked to Joe a couple months ago about some special engraving I was thinking about having done on a 110 from PCKS. He suggested I call the order in to make sure my instructions were understood properly. I can't find the message with the info but I am sure that if you call the factory direct (use the 800#) they can connect you to the right people. Without the message from Joe in front of me I'm working from memory but I think he mentioned that I should ask for Sarah.

Its's worth a try....

BTW - I never did get around to ordering my knife. I don't "need" it until later this fall.
