Ice spearing decoy made by master artist Rick Whittier from Lidgerwood, North Dakota. This trout decoy is 9 /2" inches long, and 4 1/2" across the front fins. It has been in my collection and has never been used, only displayed. It is a real working decoy, 100% handcarved/handpainted with amazing detail. It is signed and dated. Looks great on any mantle or bookshelf, but can be used if spearing is legal in your state.
