"trout knife"

Has anyone made, or seen a photo recently of a good (fixed blade)trout knife or a trout/bird dressing knife? I am thinking of doing one and am looking for some inspiration.

Thanks Barry! I also have to thank the anonymous tree that gave its life some 20 years ago so I could find an AWESOME piece of wood gathering dust in a wood dealers shop.
