Trout Knife

Or a bird and trout, or a small filet for pan fish or any non trophy catch. I have found this style of knife to be very useful for small game and even to bone out the back strap from a deer. Most filet knives do not have a guard but I get the willies thinking about working on a slimy fish without one.
