Tru spec ecwcs. Parkas and Pants.

Do the pants have a button waist or just a drawstring.

I had this same question a year ago. Went to the army surplus store to try them on. They feel heavy compared to alternatives. I'm 6'2"with long arms and the sleeves were too short on me. I really wanted to make it work but it just didn't. If you have an army surplus in the area they probably carry what you are looking for.

The military keeps coming out with a new system every few years. The one I have know is nice and I'm sure if you had it all on you could last days in the cold. I think it's decent for what the military has but I've found that pretty much anything civilian is better than what the military issues.
