I just bought a production knife from Neil Ostroff at True North Knives (he sells both customs and productions) and don't recall ever having a better experience. All communication was quick and courteous. I had asked for a knife that wasn't in stock and had to wait a couple of days for Neil's next shipment to come in. Once it arrived, he immediately confirmed that I still wanted the knife, then upgraded the shipping to overnight delivery to say thanks for waiting. I confirmed the order at suppertime last night and had the knife in my hands by mid-morning today - pretty darn good for a knife travelling from Montreal to Maryland! What a great outfit to do business with!
