I just bought a folder from Neil Ostroff of True North Knives. This was my first transaction and all I can say is WOW! Neil is a knowledgable dealer with fair prices. I also think he has one of the best designed sites out there. I needed the tracking number for my package, and he called back within 5 minutes even though the office was CLOSED! Now THAT'S customer service. 9AM-9PM hours!

I got to meet Neil at Darrel's table this year at Blade. Great guy to work with IMO.

In life you do not meet many folks who are good to their word.
Neil is the exception.
Neil and I met about two years ago at the NY show.
Since that time Neil has always been top notch.
He sports a lexicon of knowledge about knives. He also has a passion for them on a very personal basis. This in my mind makes for the ideal business person.
I am very fussy about the purveyors who handle my knives.
The way a purveyor treats their customers is a very important issue with me.
Kudos' to you Neil! Every customer that I hear from about Neil sings praises about his service and dedication to his products.
Neil has also developed into a friend in the years we have known each other.

I too, have had recent, first time dealings with Neil and couldn't be happier! Neil, you're one in a million! Hope to buy from you again real soon.
Neil is a really good guy! I don't know how mant times I have e-mailed him about a knife, either threatening to buy it, or just asking questions, he still gets back with me asap. If I had to deal with me, I'd tell myself to get lost! Wait....I do that anyway.
I have purchased about half a dozen knives from Neil...I consider him to be more than a dealer, I consider him to be a friend.
