I have just completed my third transaction with Neil Ostroff, proprietor of True North Knives, in Montreal, Canada.

It has probably been the most pleasant and well mannered business that I've ever conducted. It was lightning fast and goods were incredibly well packaged. All the way from Canada to Ulster.

I can only say a sincere thank you to Neil and pass on my recommendation for anyone wishing to purchase a quality knife.

I completely agree - Neil is definitely one of the best.

Like you, I also had a very positive experience dealing with him a few months back. He obviously sees the transaction through to customer receipt and satisfaction. He even went out of his way to call my house to verify my receipt of the knife because when he checked on it, the tracking info (UPS, I believe) was ambiguous.

I highly recommend Neil and TrueNorthKnives.

Neil is my favorite knife dealer, anyone who sees a knife on his WS they like should be assured, they'll get it very fast, and it'll meet or probably exceed their expectations.
 
Another thumbs up for Neil. When you purchase a knife from him, you know that you are getting a knife that is straight from the maker - not like with some sites that re-sell "new" knives they got from other collectors. A real class act.
