I want to take a minute to sing the praises of Neil Ostroff and his outfit, True North Knives. I ordered a certain sebenza from him knowing from his website that it was on backorder. He was at the Plaza show in CA but emailed me that he would see if Chris had one on his table and would grab one for me. Emailed me today that CRK had one for him but it was still in their shop. He said if I still wanted one he would make arrangements to have CRK send it directly to me. This, boys and girls, is what customer service is all about.
