I've bought knives from New Graham before and was pleased with their service. About a week ago, I ordered a Spyderco Moran, Perrin, and Temperance (Spyderedge). I received the knives two days later, record time! I opened them up, and everything was there, except the Temperance was a plain edge. So I email Mike to tell him what happened, and then went to bed.
I get to work the next day and check my email, and had a reply from Mike. I will paraphrase what the contents of the email were. Please return the plain edge Temperance at your convenience and let me know what the shipping charges were, I will credit that amount to your credit card.
Needless to say, I won't be letting him know how much the return shipping was. Mike has shown me what kind of businessman he is, I wish I knew more like him. He certainly has earned my trust.
