Just got a folder back from James Lott, also known as "darkman" here on the forums. He maintains a stock of parts for all kinds of knives, and besides knifemaking his background includes gold and silver smithing. The knife I sent him was very rough, and needed pretty much a complete makeover--new smooth bone handle slabs, refinish the L6 blade, and true up the liner/scale fit. He took care of all of it for a very reasonable price, and the knife looks like new. If you have an older knife that needs repair or rejuvenation, give him a try.
