Trying the White Owl.

Funny to see this thread resurrected. As I predicted, I did indeed order both a white owl and a 66 in ebony. They should arrive on Monday.
 
I just bought a white owl in snakewood just about two weeks ago... Love the fit and finish of this knife! I am def a huge fan of gec and what they stand for... The only thing I do NOT like about them is that the factory edge is not up to par with the build quality.. That is the only thing I can say about their knives... I am sending myine to a gentlemen on here by the name of Richard who sharpens and makes knives and heard he is awesome at it! im new to vlade forums so if yall have any advise on what other good slip joint brands to choose from PLEASE TELL ME! knife looks awsome ny the way, bro!
 
When my White Owl arrived, it was the dullest knife I ever received. And what seemed like hundreds of passes on the Sharpmaker was getting me nowhere. So I sent the knife back to GEC, and it was returned to me within one week with an excellent edge.

It's a great knife and a perfect size for EDC.
 
I will be trying out a white owl very soon! I just traded with a fellow member and I look forward to trying something different than my typical EDC.
