Trying to choose an ESEE, need help please...

Having a bit of trouble contacting Dale, if anyone has an email address for him would be most appreciative - can only fond an online form on the website and I'm not sure it's functioning properly on my iPhone!
 
The Desert Tan -4 was my first ESEE knife also. It won't be my last though!

Having a few troubles reaching Dale, and the other guys wont ship internationally - anyone else have any recommendations?
 
I have both, and you have made the better decision. I think the 5 is of excellent quality, as all ESEE's are. It's just not the best woods knife, it's too thick. That thickness is great for cutting through metal. The BK2 is a better 1/4" thick woods blade, cause the grind is higher, edge is thinner.
Keep trying Dale, he's got custom G-10 grips for the 3 and 4 that give you more color options.
 
Wow, the -5 just looks HUGE next to that -4. I ordered a -5 for myself but the more I see these comparison shots I'm really kinda worried it's going to be too big for me.:eek:
 
love my 4, love all my esee knives. and once you get one youll buy more so the question should be wich should be my first esee knive?
