Trying to decide if I need some "Titanium Tactical Chopsticks"

Ahh, never thought to give those a name. I'm tempted whittle on some of my chopsticks now

So do people carry around chopsticks with them or are these for home use like silverware?

I never thought about the "Slipperyness", good food for thought. (See what I did there?) Maybe Wood is the way to go. Good info guys, thanks!!

One of my kids usually has a pair of chopsticks with her. She doesn't like the feel or taste of silverware. At home, she has some nice plastic ware that she uses. She also prefers the teak chopsticks over bamboo and plastic ones.

Nowadays, you could make titanium anything, and people will buy it...

"The all titanium designs keep weight and size at it minimum while providing a more sanitary eating material. Titanium's natural composition creates a antibacterial film over the surface during oxidization. This could be the last camp cutlery set you ever buy"

:D:D

Yes. But then again I basically live in a Chinese restaurant. So just buying any pair and leaving them would work. I'm a germ freak though so I'd like keeping them on me.

Need Russian doll style sticks

Ha! I'm exactly the same way. You can get tough plastic ware in Wal-Mart camping isle individually

I'll let her know that there is some one else that doesn't like metallic silverware.

Bamboo is pretty tough stuff. You could probably poke some one pretty good with them.

That and Nick Cage's character in "Kiss of Death" With David Caruso (1995). Other than that were crazy people and he was crazy anyway so ha!

As far as I know, Alan Folts is still making the nicest titanium chopsticks around.
