I believe that's a Sog Jet-edge with Carbon fiber scales, but I'm not 100% positive.

it's that strange design concept of having a simulated snapped off tip that has kept me from buying this model.
but overall i m sure it's a rock solid period folder.
good luck in trying to find a new home for it.
