Trying to reach Bear Creek knives to retrieve my property

Hey all, I hope this is an ok place for this, I don’t know where else to go.

I was gifted a Bear Creek knife for finishing the police academy and it needed some work on the grind. They’ve had it since mid October, and there are no response she’s to their emails in warranty, and I can’t get them to return a call or pick their phones up.

Have they closed up shop? I just want my knife back at this point, and they are impossible to reach.
